Contract of services agreement

By signing this form below. You (the client) are agreeing to all work scope items listed in the estimate/invoice to be completed on your property by PB Contracting LLC. Any additional work outside of this work scope would be negotiated and revised onto a new estimate/invoice as needed. All payments are due at final walk through of project completion in payment types including cash, cashier's check, money order, credit card and debit card. Estimates/invoices over $10,000 are required to give a 50% deposit prior to the start of work on the property.
